Bug in custom split#115

When trying to change to custom split (I.e. different % for each member), once desired option is selected, after clicking on the field for entering the number a numerical keyboard appears on the screen but the field is no more visible (covered by the keyboard) and a confirmation button is missing. No way to edit fields and entering required numbers (this happens on both % split and quotes). iPhone app
