I should not receive notification on my own action#90

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a group with two users, A and B.
2. User A creates a shared expense that is paid by User B.

Expectation: User B gets a notification that user A created an expense on their behalf

Actual: User A gets a notification that User B created an expense. This is not useful to both users A and B!
